2026 Year-End Tax Planning for 2025 Income

Tax Organizers
Income Tax Preparation Checklists and Organizers
ALL INDIVIDUAL TAXPAYERS – Select, complete and print or save one of the following:
- Tax Preparation Checklist – The Tax Preparation Checklist is a one page summary designed to help you gather tax information needed to prepare your personal income tax return.
- Income Tax Organizer – The Income Tax Organizer is a more detailed checklist including a questionnaire that asks about pertinent tax items necessary for preparing your individual income tax return accurately. It also includes a schedule for Personal Itemized Deductions (such as mortgage interest and property taxes).
SELF-EMPLOYED OR SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS or INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS – Select, complete and print or save:
- Business Expense Organizer – Please provide a separate Business Organizer for each individual activity (for example, if husband is a self-employed realtor and spouse had unreimbursed employee business expenses).
RENTAL PROPERTY OWNERS – Select, complete and print or save:
- Rental Property Tax Organizer – Provide a separate organizer for each rental property.
FOREIGN INVESTORS – Select, complete and print or save:

- Business Tax Engagement Letter 2025 (eSign)

When you have compiled your tax information:
- Scan your completed Client Organizer to your computer. (make sure you know the path where you scanned the documents)
- Log in to your secure client center at www.strategictaxplanners.com.
- While logged in, click on the File UPLOAD link
- Click on the Documents for Accountant folder.
- Click on the Upload button.
- Click on Select Files and browse to the location where you scanned your documents. Select file(s) to upload.
TIP: you can press the CTRL key and click on each document to select multiple files at once.
